BMc have gained a Planning Approval from Westminster City Council for the redevelopment of 181-185 Wardour Street into a residential development above a large ground floor restaurant in the heart of Soho in central London.
The approval consists of the development of seven large apartments set over four floors and a restaurant at ground and basement levels.
The existing Victorian facade has been remodelled with a new roof extension facing onto Noel Street and two new terraces have been introduced at the rear on the fourth and fifth floors.
