Golden Square Planning Permission

We have been granted Planning Permission for the redevelopment of 37-38 Golden Square in Soho,Central London.

The project consist of 15,000 sq.ft of restaurant and retail at ground floor and basement and 22 new spacious apartments over nine floors. The design involves the remodelling of five existing floors and the new build of the top four floors.

The top floor apartments have a series of terraces that overlook southwards towards the square and northwards towards Carnaby Street.

The site is located on the north side of Golden Square adjacent to the Listed Saatchi and Saatchi Building and fronts onto  Upper St. James Street and the vibrant Beak Street.
