26-27 Southampton Street granted Planning Permission

BMc have received Planning Permission from Westminster City Council for the redevelopment of a pair a Grade 2* Listed Buildings to create 10 luxury apartments.

The scheme is located between the Piazza and the Strand in the heart of Covent Garden.

The existing buildings were originally built in 1708 as apart of the 18th century development of Southampton Street and retain much of their original features including an elegant grand staircase.

The design proposals include the careful refurbishment and remodelling of the existing Grade 2* interior features to create large high quality apartments and the addition of a roof extension on No. 26 Southampton Street and creation of a large roof terrace for the penthouse apartment.
